For years I've enjoyed painting salt marshes, oyster shells, and palms that make this unique place home. In addition to the lowcountry, another love of mine is helping a house take shape, from framing to final punch list. As your design concierge, I bring both a painter's and designer's eye for color and texture to the hundreds of decisions a build, remodel, or design project asks of you, ultimately creating a home as beautiful as the landscape surrounding it.

Selections are where builds slow down: clients who cannot decide, last-minute changes, and choices that blow the allowance. I step in as your clients' design partner and keep decisions moving, so your team can stay focused on building.
I work to your construction schedule, not the other way around.
Options are presented within budget, with upgrades clearly flagged.
Decisions are made once, documented, and signed off before install.
One organized document your team and subs can build from.
You pay a set fee per home and offer my concierge service to every buyer as part of your package.
You refer clients to me, and they book a selections package directly. Your builder clients receive a preferred rate.
A monthly retainer for builders with several spec homes in progress. I handle selections across every house.
The Process

Fill out the inquiry form and tell me about your project, timeline, and builder. I will reach out to set up a short call.

We go over your plans, budget, allowances, and style, and map out every selection deadline.

Together we visit showrooms and narrow every choice. You approve each one, and I document it all in your selections schedule.

I stay in touch with your builder through install, then help with the final styling and art so the house feels finished.
